The Magic side of Creativity

Over time, I have been thinking a lot about what art means to me... and why I create daily. 

And this is something that most people never realize, but art is life. 

It's really a life form. Let me explain:

For one and this is a thought that has been with me for over two decades at least...: art is creating something from nothing. The art you create wasn't there before. 

It was not even a thought... it was simply non-existent. 

That means that whatever you create is already simply divine. Just think about it.

Your creation, your art, didn't exist yesterday. 

And today you are holding it in your hand. 

That makes us artists, creatives... magicians. 

That means we create magic.

Secondly, the art of creating is magic.
